3DEEP Hair Follicle Data Explorer

Deep-tissue spatial transcriptomics in newborn mouse skin enabled 4D molecular mapping of hair follicle organogenesis by exploiting the natural asynchrony of follicle development. This browser displays 228 genes across 261 wildtype (WT) and 262 nude (KO) follicles spanning all stages of organogenesis. Data are down-sampled for performance.
